Lara Teile, CPT, CNMT, OMS, LMT, CES, CST

Lara is a Certified Neuromuscular Massage Therapist from the International Academy of Neuromuscular Therapies and an NCBTMB Licensed Massage Therapist from Boulder College of Massage Therapy. She has also earned her Orthopedic Massage Specialist certification from the Academy of Clinical Massage and a Sports Medicine Personal Trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Lara is fascinated with the body and how it works so she is always pursuing more continuing education classes to expand and master her specialties. She has also completed her Whiplash and Neurovascular Compression Syndrome certifications.

Before becoming a massage therapist, she obtained an Associate Degree in Marketing and traveled around the country as an Account Manager in the Data Center Services Industry. She is also an Interior Designer that has worked with a wide variety of clientele.

Being an athlete herself, she was drawn to other triathletes, cyclists, hockey players, runners and swimmers and decided to change careers.
